Pick a festival and a departure city. We handle coach travel from Kyiv, a camping pitch and a Ukrainian-speaking guide who stays with the group the whole way.

Four steps from your first message to the bus door

Every festival trip is booked the same way: a short enquiry, a clear quote, a deposit, then a meetup with your crew before departure. No hidden fees, no chasing us for answers.

  1. Send your enquiry

    Tell us the festival, your departure city in Ukraine and how many people are travelling. The form takes about two minutes.

  2. Get your package quote

    Within 24 hours a Ukrainian-speaking guide sends you two or three package options with the full inclusion list, the deposit amount and an instalment plan.

  3. Confirm with a deposit

    Reserve your seat with a 30% deposit by card or bank transfer. Pay the balance in instalments up to seven days before departure.

  4. Meet the crew, then go

    You join the trip group chat, come to the pre-trip meetup in your city, and meet your guide at the departure point on travel day.
