Travel, insurance and visas

Travel carries risks beyond our control: delays, strikes, weather, visa decisions, health issues and security situations. You travel at your own responsibility and must follow local rules. Complaints may be sent to us or to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
