1. Organizer Identity

globaltraveadventurer.com LLC, EDRPOU 90796487. We act as a tour operator.

Under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015, Article 7, full identification is provided.

Tourism services under Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995. Operator status disclosed in booking confirmation.

2. Eligibility

Bookings only for individuals aged 18+. By booking, you confirm you are 18+. Minors may attend with a parent or legal guardian.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking confirmed upon full payment or deposit as stated at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment methods shown on site. Confirmation sent by email.

4. Itinerary Changes

We may change itinerary due to weather, safety, or events beyond our control. Alternatives or refunds provided as required by Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

5. Inclusions and Exclusions

Inclusions listed in your package description. Exclusions: travel insurance, personal expenses, and anything not listed as included.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability limited to amount paid for the package. Not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits rights under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Email complaints to contact@globaltraveadventurer.com. We respond within 14 days. You may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Governing law: Ukraine.
