Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to bookings and tourism services offered by globaltraveadventurer.com (LLC). It is governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-ВР dated 15.09.1995.

1. Cancellation windows

You may cancel by emailing contact@globaltraveadventurer.com. Refunds are calculated from the total price:

• 30 or more days before start: full refund, less non-refundable costs.
• 15–29 days before start: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days before start: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund.

2. Non-refundable costs

Transport deposits and third-party supplier fees are non-refundable once booked. These are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another person up to 14 days before start, subject to availability and any name-change fee. Transfer is free for date changes made 30 or more days before start.

4. Refund process

Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. We may withhold amounts for services already rendered or non-refundable costs.

5. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@globaltraveadventurer.com or +380 502 837 7717. If unresolved, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 4123-IX dated 20.11.2024. Cookies require consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020. Identification details are published under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.
